Jess Elszy serves as APC’s Program Manager and Transformational Coach, specializing in helping individuals break through mental, emotional, and energetic barriers that keep them from reaching their goals. Drawing from his background in education, behavioral support, and transformational coaching, Jess helps clients overcome patterns such as procrastination, overwhelm, self-doubt, and stagnation by translating complex personal growth concepts into practical, actionable steps that create lasting change.
